Our beliefs

What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us.

A.W. Tozer

The Bible

We believe the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives.

God

We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy. Therefore, we believe He is worthy of all glory and praise. Our God is unchanging—He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Salvation

We believe sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives. Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God. He lived a life without sin and willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions. God raised him from the dead and now, by grace, offers eternal life to all who follow Him by faith. In order to receive forgiveness, we must repent of our sins, believe in Jesus Christ and commit to follow Him and His will for our lives.

Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit lives inside every person who surrenders his life to Christ.
We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live holy lives which will please God.
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit along with all its evidences.
We also believe the gifts and fruits of the Spirit are available and should be
desired by all believers today.

The Church

The Church is the visible body of Christ. We believe God has individually equipped us and corporately gathered us as His living body so that we can successfully achieve His purpose for our lives—which is to worship God, strengthen the Church and share the Gospel with our local and global communities.

Resurrection

We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again, as He promised, to resurrect the church and to rule and reign on this earth. History will conclude as the wicked are judged and the righteous enter a new heaven and a new earth.
